We've been supporting ARM Locksmiths with their pay per click (PPC) since January 2017. Their previous website was OK, but CPA (cost per acquisition) was high so we set about creating a brand new website for them to help improve their Google Quality Score.
ARM had just refreshed their business branding so this was a perfect time to bring the website inline with the new logo branding assets. We setup to create an engaging and highly converting set of "landing style" pages to maximise their PPC spend in what is a very competitive market for online search advertising.
We used our experience and skills in conversion rate optimisation (CRO), user experience (UX) and landing page design to create multiple touch points for users to be able to get in contact with ARM quickly. Pretty handy for an emergency locksmith!
We love the bold branding and colourway now used, as well as the "Request a Callback" slide out contact form on the left hand side. Subtle enough not to be intrusive to the page content, yet noticeable for users to find it when they need to.
Since launch we already seen great improvements in the Google Ads statistics for CPA, traffic and Google Quality Score. It's early days for the new site, yet we are confident it will continue on this trend into the future.
