account audit and set up

We can perform an audit of your existing account and show you where improvements can be made.

We can also implement the changes indentified in your tailored audit, should you require this. If you don't have an account set up already, we can perform all the necessary keyword research and set up tasks to get you in front of your target audience.

We do all this for a fair price and once you're all set up we can manage the campaigns as you need them, keeping the costs on budget.

frequentley ASKED questions

Drink from our fountain of wisdom...

1Is PPC right for my business?
Running a targetted PPC campaign is beneficial for any type of business. Do you have long lead times and need new customer enquiries? Is your business predominantly aimed within a geographical area? Or are your customers from a specific demographic? PPC can help you target these exact customers and focus your marketing budget directly on them rather than spread thinly over the whole country.
2How do I know what keywords to choose?
Leave that to us! In our initial meetings, we'll discuss with your the core elements of your business and the type of customer you are trying to target. From there we will generate and keep updating your target and negative keywords to make sure we reach all the right people.
3What are negative keywords?
They are search phrases or keywords which you can exclude from your users search criteria that are not relative to your business in order to generate a more accurate search result for your campaign. For example, you could be a hot tub and swimming pool sales company. A user may search "my nearest swimming pool" and be looking for their local leisure centre pool. You can use negative keywords to filter this search out if you want to so not to waste clicks and money.
4Why are my ads not at the top?
The short answer is that the "ad rank" is too low. The are two main factors that affect ad rank, these are, Max CPC and Quality Score. Both of these also have extenuating factors that affect them, however usually increasing the keyword budget and doing ad copy testing to make sure your website is converting visitors to buyers is important.
5Why is cost per click (CPC) increasing?
Competition is the main reason. Just as we are optimising your campaigns to maximise performance, so are your competitors. This drives up the CPC. Quality score is also an influence. If it is decreasing it can lead to higher click costs. This is again covered in ad quality, relevance and landing page/website content the user see's after clicking an ad. It all has to be awesome!
